Your next hire
lives in the CRM.

Not a copilot in a sidebar. A Zeno agent joins your team with a name, a role and permissions — it reads the thread, does the research, writes the follow-up, and waits for someone to approve it before anything leaves the building.

The actual problem

Deals don't die from bad selling. They die from silence.

A rep leaves on Friday with eleven threads open. On Monday there are nineteen. The proposal nobody chased, the question nobody answered, the buyer who went quiet and stayed quiet — none of it is a skill problem. It is a memory problem, and software has been very good at memory for sixty years.

Every CRM already knows the deal went cold. It shows you a red dot and waits for a human to do something about it. Zeno closes that gap: the same record, with something attached to it that acts.

What it actually does

An owner for every deal.

01Research

It reads the room before it writes

Before drafting anything the agent pulls the contact, the thread, and what a colleague already sent. The follow-up references their rollout because it read the note about their rollout — not because a template had a slot for it.

02Conversation

It answers on WhatsApp, in the thread

A customer replies at 9pm and gets an answer at 9pm, in the same conversation, from the agent that messaged them. A person can take the thread back mid-sentence and the agent stands down until they hand it over again.

03Boundary

It knows what it is not allowed to do

Consent, spend, tone, volume, opt-outs, quiet hours. Every outbound action clears the same six gates, and an agent that has been talked into something it should not do still cannot reach a provider — it has no route that skips them.

The brand

Zeno is the house.

CRM is what is finished. The rest is being built in the same shape, on the same rails, under the same rules about what software is allowed to do on your behalf. We would rather ship one product that is genuinely done than a grid of eight that are nearly.
